Delivery & Return
All the products we sell are selected by Best Soccer Jersey team, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have some problem with the items you receive for a variety of reasons and the return takes more than 1 month due to Covid-19. To make this easier, we have a RESEND policy. If the items you receive meet with the following conditions, we will promptly resend them.
If the items you receive do not fit you, please provide us with pictures in which you are wearing, after we confirm you can pay $15 postage for resending, we will arrange a new shipment for you.
If the declared shipment time is more than 60 days (since you could track the package online), please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.
HELD BY CUSTOMS OR LOST
If the package is lost or held by the customs, please provide us a proof about that, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirmation, and we will make sure you will get it.
DECLARED SHIPMENT TIME
At checkout page, after choosing the shipping method, you can see the declared shipment time according to the shipping methods. Free shipping and DHL have different declared shipment time.
*Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized goods cannot be returned.
Orders of any amount are shipped free with Hong Kong Post, EMS, or USPS shipping with a tracking number.
*Express shipping is a paid service which is available for most countries at checkout. Express shipping Starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time of up to 3 business days.
*Different countries will be shipped automatically with the different available express, such as FedEx, DHL, etc.
*Express shipping do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.
CUSTOMS & DUTY
For orders shipping to the EU, any relevant duties & taxes will be displayed and charged at the checkout. For orders shipping to other countries, any import duties, or similar charges due on your order will be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Do note that delivery charges are based on the weight of the items and destination rate. If we encounter any problems with your order such as credit card data or where an item is sold out, we will contact you via e-mail or livechat and your order will be delayed until we receive your response. Products that requires customization such as name, number and badges may take a few more days to be dispatched.
